Harlem NY and Ewing NJ.

Both had serious GAS explosions within weeks of each other.

I think someone is playing with the GAS lines and sitting around to watch the destruction.

I would start investigating how these leaks are happening.  I suspect a person who likes fire and or other issues of these nature is killing people.

In Ewing NJ I would look to see if one of the units was empty “nobody owning it” bank repo etc and someone broken in and probably left the gas out.
